Continuing consulting and staff development services are available to clients after the initial engagement. Services can be scheduled as follow-up to the initial engagement, or as requested by the client; no long-term commitment is necessary.

Telephone consultation, data analysis and reporting

Monthly, quarterly, or as needed service gives you clear analysis of practice data. This critical management tool allows practice to measure progress and stay on track to achieve its goals. Staff is trained in use of reporting data for lasting value to the practice.

Fee based on hourly rate of $250

Treatment coordinator
Streamline new patient procedures, polish case presentation skills to increase conversion rate, manage the observation recall system, implement effective patient communication, marketing and referral building techniques.

Financial coordinator
Efficient management of patient and insurance accounts, sound credit policies, using credit reports, successful financial arrangements, simple collection techniques.

Scheduling coordinator
Managing the scheduling system, coordinating front and back offices, handling no-shows, telephone procedures and protocols, superior customer service, managing patient retention system, prioritizing calls and callbacks.

Clinical coordinator
Implement or refine doctor time scheduling, learn procedure codes and timing, how to build a model day, retention recall system, manage patient flow, maintain training program for clinical staff, efficient management of the operatory and lab, appliance fabrication quality control.

Fee based on daily rate of $2,100, 2-day minimum
